WHY HAVE A PRE-LISTING INSPECTION?
Radon Testing . . . . . . $150
All radon tests are completed using an electronic continuous monitor. Minimum 24 hr notice is required to place the test at the time of the inspection.
De-Winterize . . . . . $50
Turn water on to all fixtures and test
Re-Winterize - Basic. . . . . $25
Turn off main water supply valve, gravity drain all water lines.
Note: Fixtures will not be 100% winterized. Non-Toxic Anti-Freeze will need to be added to toilets and all other fixtures to insure that no freeze damage occurs.
Re-Winterize - Complete. . . . . $150
Turn off main water supply valve, blow out all water lines, anti-freeze in all toilets, p-traps, dishwasher and other fixtures.

We collect a water sample from the well and deliver to the El Paso County Health Department for testing.

The basic well flow is tested using a flow and pressure gauge.
